In 2005, fundraisers in schools, churches, clubs, and other non profit organizations were responsible for raising more than $5 ½ billion dollars.

That’s a good chunk of change by anyone’s standards.

A lot of good people worked very hard to raise that money.

The money went to good causes, there’s no question about that.

Hundreds of thousands, possibly millions, benefited from all the money those hardworking people raised.

But seriously, does anybody have an open peg for another coffee cup?

Does anybody need another box of greeting cards, or another calendar?
