• Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND.
• Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories.)
• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
• Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, Illinois, New Jersey, or the city of Philadelphia

Return Policy for all other Self Defense Products:

We offer a 120-day money back guarantee on our self defense items. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 120 days of receipt. We only ask that you follow our guidelines when doing so. We do not pay for return shipping. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Please allow 7-10 days for processing returns. If you need to return an order, please read the following:

• Returns must be postmarked within 120 days of delivery date. All delivery dates are kept on file here. If you are unsure of your delivery date, put your tracking number that we emailed you into the tracking mechanism at www.ups.com and you can confirm it
• Our shipping costs for refunds will be deducted from your refund.

 

 

• Exchanges - We will gladly exchange any of our products that you purchase for any reason. However, if you are exchanging a product due to wrong product ordered, wrong size, wrong color, wrong type, etc., or because you are not satisfied with the product, you will be charged our standard shipping cost to have the exchanged product shipped back to you. If a product is being exchanged due to a manufacturers defect, we will exchange that product for you and you will NOT be charged for shipping it back to you.
  Special exceptions for returning your order MAY be made on a CASE-BY-CASE basis. We will NOT accept returns because the product is "too big", "too small", "does not fit in with the area", etc. If you have questions about a specific camera, please contact us by phone or email.

Return Policy for Hidden Cameras, Surveillance Equipment and Other Hi-Tech Products:

WARRANTY: We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer"s warranty is longer; please call) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

Here at myselfdefensestore.com strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices. Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective.

All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by myselfdefensestore.com before any products are returned.

We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of our former liberal return policy. A few unscrupulous people have ordered our products for specific short term uses and then returned the product in a condition that would not allow us to resell. All products must be returned in the original packaging. myselfdefensestore.com will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at myselfdefenstore.com’s discretion.

*Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by myselfdefensestore.com. All products must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from myselfdefensestore.com

Any return must be authorized by a representative of myselfdefensestore.com and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from myselfdefensestore.com. No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt of product(s) by the customer.
